You will find a welcome pack to include tea/coffee, milk and cookies for aa bookings. Bookings of 7 nights and over will also include a bottle of wine.

Payment accepted by bank transfer (BACS) or via PayPal
A deposit of 25% of the booking total is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning of the rental. We reserve the right to charge the client for any breakages or damages.
